During these many years, she has been operating in all areas of strategic resource management including business planning, change management, talent management, compensation, statutory, Recruitment, employee engagement and other related activities. She has specially played a key role on change management strategies, employee engagement, retention strategies, designing and implementing HR policies, facilitating organizational development, in addition to hiring, engaging and motivating employees.

Joined as IT Recruiter to Starmark software a CMM Level 3 healthcare product company with a team size of 70 and promoted as Manager HR and handled 3 units with nearly 250 resources. She worked with premier evolve back resorts as Senior HR executive by handling the generalist role and 4 units with nearly 500 workforce. She spent her initial few years with core IT Recruitment and Business Development with Aspire and Infowin consulting firms. She loves debating and an occasional writer too.
